LL : My butt also ! Nebermind la. You want the strawberry flavour one, right. Me go smile smile at that jie jie & see if she will gimme the whole pack.

KK and LL Having Fun with ZOVB

KK and LL went to the East Coast Park yesterday. Along the way, LL saw a gigantic ball rolling on the field. It was the ZOVB.

LL wanted to have a try in the ZOVB. So, KK & LL climbed into it.

When they were inside, KK was too lazy to crawl. After a few tumbling & falling, they learnt that they both need to crawl in the same direction to move forward.

KK & LL had enjoyed themselves very much.

Chef LeLe's Raisin Buns Part II

Hi guys, me back! As you can see, the buns are ready and nicely arranged on the tray! I'm gonna bring it over back to the kitchen for tha baking process...

OK lemme grab a timer. In case i go yakking around while the buns are baking, they might get charred and we don't want that to happen, do we?

Yawn, baking can be so mundane sometimes. I'm getting bored... Me will just quicky spread some egg yolk on these buns, stuff them into the oven and go play with me toys!



Look! Buns in the oven! Oops, no...i don't mean that anyone's pregnant... me just meant it in literal sense that my buns are in the oven! oooohhhh.... can't wait...



How many yawns does it take for my buns to bake?


Yippee, me buns are done! They don't look very pretty do they? But me bet they taste so much better than those you buy from bakeries. Yummy... me am off to kaypoh somewhere else now....Catch up with u peeps next time! Ciaoz

Chef LeLe's Raisin Buns Part I

Yowza everybody! Me Chef LeLe, i'll be teaching you how to make Raisin Buns. It is a finger-licking, yumm-o recipe handed down by my renowned baker grandmother! Look! I've dumped all the ingredients i need into my breadmaker... Peace dude!

Yo-yo-yo, the mixture is placed into the breadmaker, and we await the magic to unfold. Me so excited i kept looking in to check on it.

Finally, the fluffy mould ! Wait! It's not ready yet... the raisins are not in.... Lemme grab the raisins

Now, me squash the dough... and sprinkle raisins on them slow and steady. Watch the master at work... I've got keen eyes and skilful hands

Oh gawd, i can't even praise meself. The moment me started praising, the dough got stuck on my fingers. Get off me! Get off me!

Aha! Finally it came off, and let's put them onto the tray. Bigger ones for me, smaller ones for my bro Kai Kai who is nowhere near helping me. Me tired, continue next time.

It's Harvest Time

The school holidays has just come to an end. I bet Lele had lots of fun this March holidays. After all, it was harvest season just last week in Kuantan. What goodies did he manage to bag as a warm-up to Easter ?

Looks like these jambu are ripe and ready to be picked! Wow, looks so juicy and mouth-watering, begging to be eaten...

How many men does it take to harvest our jambu? The answer is 2! One to pick and the other to pose for cameras!

Oh my oh my, will you take a look at the bursting basket? They are like the sweeter version of strawberries and juicier, albeit uglier.

These are the mung beans Lele was so carefully nurturing for a meal at the end of his visit. Throughout the days he was in Kuantan, he was given a duty to make sure these mung beans are ready for consumption before he left for Singapore.

And he did it! They've magically transformed to bean sprouts!

How many people does it take to harvest my mother's vege? The answer is 2! One to pluck the vegetable and the other to stare into space.

Look Ma! Who says kids don't like to eat vege?

Donavon's 7th Birthday

A visit to the newly opened Disney Naturally Cafe on 12 Jan- Donavon's birthday. "Now, let me see what to eat...". Donavon ended up writting a '6' under his favourate ice-cream & of course he didn't get any...hahaha. Here's a photo taken when we finally got home in the evening. The boys were not in the best of mood coz they were woken up from their nap in the car. But they were cheered-up when they saw the red eggs. It's quite peculiar but they actually look forward to red eggs rather than a birthday cake. I guess next time I should just have the candles lit on the red eggs.

Later that night Donavon asked me why on mommy's birthday, daddy told him that he mustn't annoyed her but when it's his birthday, he still must do as what we said. I showed him the C-section scar on my belly & explained to him how the doctor had to cut me open to take him out 7 years ago. I think he understands how much we love him.

First Day of School

First Day of School...2 Jan 08. It was a busy day for all of us. Theron was all ready to go to school at 11.30am. He is now in K1.

This is the class & the big guy is the form teacher, Mr Yong. He's a comical chap. He was briefing the class on what to do when they need a bio-break.

Ahh...Here is my P1 boy. Don't he look cute in his oversized uniform ? We love the idea of the tucked out shirt & black shoes.

Here is the 'complicated' school hours. They start school really late at 2.25 pm on Wednesdays.

A boy from P2 was assigned as his buddy to show him how to purchase food in the canteen. Well, it is a milestone for Donavon. The first bowl of noodles he bought all by himself!
